The Franklin Jr. Wildcats Football and Cheer organization is a non-profit volunteer organization that teaches youth tackle football and competitive cheerleading, while encouraging academic excellence.  We provide the youth with an opportunity to develop and utilize skills that will help make them better athletes, students, and leaders in the future.  Our goal is to teach fundamental football and cheer skills to the youth who will later participate in athletics at the high school level.  We compete in the Northern California Sports Alliance youth football and cheer league, with other local youth organizations in the greater Elk Grove and Sacramento areas.

The Franklin Jr. Wildcats is entering its eleventh season and boasts a strong core group of parent volunteers leading.  For the upcoming football and cheer season, we expect to serve close to 300 area children.  Through registration fees and fundraising efforts, we will be able to put a great effort forward on the football field and on the cheer mats at various competitions throughout Northern California. 

The toughest challenge for any non-profit organization involved with youth sports is providing quality practice and playing experiences on a limited budget.  To help teach and mentor to these kids at a higher level of competition requires additional funding.  Our goal is to make sports affordable for all families, regardless of financial constraints.  Through tax-deductible sponsorships with businesses like yours, we will be able to afford additional training and equipment to help propel these youth to greater heights.
